#[non_exhaustive]pub enum CodecPreference {
Pcmu,
Pcma,
Opus,
L16,
}Expand description
One codec an application may put in its ordered preference list.
Opus remains a value in builds without the feature so configuration can fail with a typed
setup error instead of treating a known codec name as an unknown string. It cannot enter a
Codecs value in that build.
Variants (Non-exhaustive)§
This enum is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.
Pcmu
G.711 µ-law (RFC 3551 §4.5.14).
Pcma
G.711 A-law (RFC 3551 §4.5.14).
Opus
Opus (RFC 6716, carried per RFC 7587).
L16
Mono signed linear PCM (RFC 3551 §4.5.11).
