pub struct RtcpQualityHook(/* private fields */);Expand description
Application-owned handling for peer RTCP quality reports.
The callback runs on the RTCP receive worker after parsing and outside sipx locks. It must return promptly; applications that do blocking export put a bounded queue behind it. sipx catches a callback panic so application code cannot terminate the media worker.
