Blocking adapter so DnsResolver can satisfy the synchronous Resolver trait.

The trait is synchronous because RFC 3263 selection is pure computation over records. Doing the lookups up front and handing over the results keeps it that way — and keeps every await off the endpoint loop, where a slow resolver would stop the transaction timers.
